William Morgan, founder and president of Monticello Consulting Group, is a business strategy and implementation executive with over 20 years of consulting experience across multiple industries. In 2004, Will founded Monticello Consulting Group, a management consulting firm advising clients across the global financial services industry, to help clients achieve their vision of excellence.

Prior to founding Monticello Consulting, Will was a consultant with Accenture and with m.a.partners, a boutique financial services consulting firm in New York City. Will has advised global clients such as JPMorgan, Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, Alliance-Bernstein, Siemens USA, and AT&T.

Will currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Children's Village Organization. The Children’s Village was founded in 1851, with the profound mission to help society’s most vulnerable children to become educationally proficient, economically productive, and socially responsible members of their communities.
