The Global Citizens Org. is a vital organization that focuses on global issues, with a mission to defeat poverty, fight for equity, and protect the planet. Prosci Discussion: 3 Fundamental Skills to Have in Your Personal “Change Toolkit” webinar
BIP.Monticello recently attended the Prosci webinar 3 Fundamental Skills to Have in Your Personal “Change Toolkit” which provided a captivating picture of the intricate ways in which change can occur throughout an organization. The webinar covered how individuals can thrive in change, fulfill the objectives of their roles in change, and initiate and successfully manage change. The online session also included an ADKAR (Aware, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) personal assessment to assist the participant in better understanding where they might have barriers to successfully implementing change and progress.
Backpack Drive 2023 in our NYC office!
BIP.Monticello is currently on our 2nd day of the backpack drive! Community partner schools such as the Children’s Village, High Water Women and additional NYC students will be receiving backpacks filled with the necessary items needed to kick of their classes in the fall…thank you to all of the donors and volunteers who are joining this vital effort to the children!

The BIP.Monticello team had a blast at Citi Field last night, watching the Mets play the Chicago Cubs. A win for the Mets on the baseball field, with popcorn, hot dogs & beer, all while catching up with work friends made for a great night together. Thank you for organizing this enjoyable team outing Zacc Wolf and to everyone who joined us!
Children's Village Educational Event in Harlem!
Bip.Monticello was honored to spend an evening in Harlem, NY, to learn more about the vital programs the Children’s Village is managing to create a safe space for children, single mothers, and families in our community. Deeply affordable housing, partnered with social services, educational programs, and therapeutic support staff is all being combined to uplift those in need today…. cheers to all that is ahead for the Children’s Village & these amazing programs.

Gartner Discussion: The Impacts of Generative AI, Such as ChatGPT
BIP.Monticello joined an exciting Gartner web conference Ask the Experts: The Impacts of Generative AI, Such as ChatGPT which investigated emerging solutions and many of the important questions surrounding them. The webinar addressed questions regarding the governance and introduction of these generative AI tools and how they could potentially impact enterprises as well as their products and services. The conversation also focused on critical issues such as the consequences that these tools will have on firms’ growth prospects, savings, and risk portfolios in the coming years!
Recognizing Juneteenth 2023
BIP.Monticello commemorates Juneteenth today and will celebrate freedom together as a team next week after this firmwide day off. Juneteenth is such an important holiday, recognizing the fight for freedom here in the US with the emancipation of enslaved African Americans on June 19th, 1865. Let’s keep fighting for continued freedom, inclusion, equity, and growth in our community as a country!

The Children’s Village was founded in 1851, and today, their mission remains very much the same: to work in partnership with families to help society’s most vulnerable children so that they become educationally proficient, economically productive, and socially responsible members of their communities. Financial Literacy Volunteering!
BIP.Monticello was honored to partake in Financial Literacy Month, closing it out with a valuable & rewarding session with a dozen of interested students in NYC! Our teammates reviewed budgeting with the class and overall financial literacy questions that the teens had for them -thank you Jon & Zacc for sharing your time and knowledge, and for the opportunity to meet such wonderful students. Financial literacy is key to empowering our community, so we look forward to more sessions ahead and support financial literacy courses being brought into school curriculum across the country, sooner rather than later!

BIP.MCG’s team enjoyed getting together last night in K-Town, rocking out for our team karaoke night! A huge thank you to Kevin & Min for planning this singing extravaganza for us, and for all the surprises and yummy food- what a great night.
