The Monticello Consulting team attended an Agile Workshop presented by the Project Management Institute, New York City Chapter in Midtown Manhattan on Monday evening. The event featured a panel of presenters from a range of industries who shared their experiences with running an Agile project. The discussion focused on the risks of using a project plan and offered ways in which to use them effectively. The Monticello team was able to share their insights on how to best manage stakeholder expectations on when items are going to be delivered when in an Agile mindset. The team enjoyed collaborating with others outside of the financial services industry and looks forward to attending more similar events this year.
