Last Thursday, Monticello attended an exciting peer discussion on Crypto-currency and digital assets, led by Bobby Cho, Global Head of Trading – Crytpo at DRW/Cumberland, and Gabor Gurbacs, Director of Digital Asset Strategy at VanEck. The group exchanged ideas on the current and future state of Bitcoin and other investable crypto-currencies, liquidity sourcing, operational risks and auditability of digital asset funds, regulations in the space, and a block-chain focused evolution in our industry. Both speakers shared their thoughts on current valuation and investability of digital assets and the potential impact on the banking sector with this continued growth.
