The Monticello team attended the Certified ScrumMaster two day virtual workshop with David Bulkin and Grow-Lean. We learned about Empiricism and Agile methods within the Scrum framework and discussed in detail the use of the daily scrum, sprint planning and sprint backlog. One very interesting topic that we covered was facilitating group decision making. As consultants, sometimes running very large programs with many team members, this is a valuable skill that will assist in making difficult choices. As newly minted Certified ScrumMasters, our team looks forward to leveraging our learnings to support our clients and their digital transformation efforts!
