Monticello’s annual summer internship program has officially kicked off and we are excited to welcome this year’s students! Our internship program is so important to us in regards to lifting up the community, as giving students mentorship and the opportunity to learn about the financial services and consulting industry, while exploring their own career goals is invaluable. We learn from them as well, given their fresh approach to the professional world! : )
