Monticello’s newest Change Management Practice area members participated in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training this week. Even as experienced Scrum Masters, taking the Certified ScrumMaster training sessions with the Grow-Lean training team offered valuable insights and practical take-aways that can be applied to new and existing Agile teams. Oftentimes, value is discovered and not known in advance. With projects that are complicated, uncertain, or perhaps both, Agile is an ideal framework to apply as it creates feedback loops that enable the team to quickly learn and adjust. A talented CSM creates an environment where self-management flourishes.
