2022 Toy Drive with High-Water Women & Children’s Village
Monticello is so excited to once again partner with the High Water Women & the Children’s Village Organizations for their holiday toy drive this year, helping provide gifts for children in need this holiday season. Denali Foundation 2022 Support!
BIP.Monticello was excited as ever to support one of our favorite children focused charities, the Denali Foundation, whose mission is to expand the minds of young artists by providing free art supplies to underserved populations. The Denali Foundation purchases supplies that are requested by teachers, emerging artists and community organizers working with children and youth groups, as they believe that fostering creativity enriches people's lives and try to minimize the economic barrier to the fulfillment of one's creativity. Thank you for the awesome work you do in our community & we look forward to attending next year’s NYC charity event certainly!

The Global Citizens Org. is a vital non-for-profit org that focuses on empowering people in extreme poverty globally; some of their vital missions include gender equality, increasing quality education, and ensuring that people don’t suffer from preventable diseases. Backpack Drive Week with the HWW & the Children's Village!
Bip.Monticello was pleased once again to support the High Water Women and the Children’s Village for this week’s backpack drive! So many volunteers gathered in our NYC office to separate, sort, and stuff the backpacks with school supplies for children in need in our community just in time for the start of the school year…thank you to all of you who donated, volunteered, and supported this year’s vital backpack drive!

New Disruptive and Innovative Digital Business Models Discussion
The BIP.Monticello team joined Gartner’s New Disruptive and Innovative Digital Business Models discussion to catch up on the constantly changing environment around us! The webinar highlighted how organizations are building compelling business models that disrupt industries and drive customers to move from their current state to a new and innovative product or service.
For example, the customer value proposition model is the most compelling aspect to driving disruption and gaining market share, even more important than legacy customer experience models where firms have traditionally focused. Offering a service at lower cost (even free) or going to market with a physical product cheaper and faster than market standard has the greatest effect. Firms are doing this by 1) accepting lower profit margins and being willing to cannibalize other aspects of their own business, 2) running leaner operations like automated micro factories along with relying on digital solutions such as 3D printing to achieve lower operating costs, and 3) looking for indirect monetization opportunities such as retail brokerage houses offering free trades to customers but directing order flow to a specific market maker in exchange for fees. Focusing on the areas above allows firms to be true disruptors in the marketplace and offer more value to customers.
At BIP.Monticello, our consultants continue to attend conferences and round table discussions to ensure our clients are advised on emerging trends and leading practices to transform their business and operations. We look forward to working with our clients to enterprise agile and digital transformation initiatives in 2022 and beyond.
