7:00 AM - I find the best way to kick off the day is to drink a lot of water and eat a healthy breakfast before I move on to my morning ablutions.
9:00 AM - The first thing I do each morning is organize my inbox and review my calendar. I’m a list writer and like to prioritize my goals for the day and create a to-do list to manage my progress..
10:00 AM - I spend a few minutes catching up which helps our relationship building with our client team, then we focus on status updates and review any change to plan along with priority of our goals or tasks.
10:30 AM - A large portion of my day is spent hosting, attending, following up on, or completing tasks assigned during a meeting.
5:00 PM - At the end of the day, I check in with my team to ensure we are all on track for our daily goals and I help out where needed. This sets us up for success and our next day goals.
6:00 PM - I try to go to the gym a few nights a week. Some nights I prefer to meet up with friends for dinner, since we live in an amazing city with a strong food culture.
