A few examples of some projects he has been on have been ones where the client was looking to carry out a data migration program for its consumer banking products such as checking accounts or merchant-issued credit cards. He was involved in defining and documenting business and technology requirements as a part of the data migration while helping to improve data quality and data governance standards.
He has also been involved with regulatory projects related to consent orders in the consumer retail space by helping to do business process analysis and improvement for the temporary remediation program that was established. He also supported the executive project management office in communicating and tracking project status, issues, risks, and deadlines across different stakeholders and activities.

She has experience working on G20 regulatory initiatives with a significant technology component (implementation, modernization, transformation) including Margin Rules for Non-Centrally Cleared OTC Derivatives, Dodd-Frank, and regulatory checks across various regimes. She brings experience in leading client projects as an Agile Scrum Master and Lead Business Analyst and led internal stakeholder communications to increase engagement.
